Nondisclosure agreements and restrictions on competition have become increasingly common in commerce, and the need for counsel and careful drafting starts at the outset. We work with individuals as well as businesses, nonprofit medical service providers and others in helping achieve the right balance of protection and opportunity.

We help clients with trademark and copyright matters, including registration and licensing matters, as well as with protection and enforcement. In the modern world intellectual property rights have become increasingly important and a part of many transactions. We work with clients to develop brand extension and protection programs. We do not do patent work.

If disputes arise, our business and litigation lawyers bring a wide range of experience to help with dispute resolution and, if necessary, litigation. Many of our clients agree that involving us in their effort to protect intellectual property rights at the outset brings more value than waiting for problems to develop; but if problems develop, we can apply creative and success oriented strategies to getting cost-effective solutions.
