Since 1954, when the Internal Revenue Code was rewritten, estate planning has been an area of emphasis for our firm. Our firm’s tradition of leadership in the estate planning field continues as Bob Beachy recently completed his term as the third partner of the firm to serve as President of the Kansas City Estate Planning Society. Bill Denney is a past Director of the Estate Planning Society and has practiced exclusively in the estate planning arena for more than 30 years. Mindy Ward has rapidly established herself as a top practitioner in her 8 years of estate planning practice.
