Our Business Team exists as a core competence of our firm since its inception over 65 years ago. Our team approach helps our business clients. We represent many family-owned businesses, some of which have grown well beyond the small business characterization. We provide a personal and involved representation of these companies and their owners. We have been helping people set up and plan their businesses since the firm opened its doors. We discuss the various business formation options available to the business owner and the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Our many years of representing family owned and small to medium-sized businesses gives us the experience to help clients avoid problems from the start. Once your business is started, you may need help with drafting contracts, personnel issues or other day to day matters that may seem simple but can have complex consequences if not handled correctly.
