Duncan McQueen joined Van Osdol & Magruder, P.C. in April 2006.  He provides legal counsel in connection with business formation, taxation and expansion strategies including strategic planning and the drafting and negotiation of various business agreements.  Duncan also devotes an extensive portion of his practice to Internet and technology related issues.

Duncan is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the America Bar Association and is licensed in Missouri and Kansas.  Duncan graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in the top quartile of his graduating class and has received his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
