Kevin E. Glynn 

Kevin has been an active trial lawyer for over thirty years. He has been involved in and tried to a jury a variety of business disputes involving claims on behalf of companies, individuals and government entities. A large number of these disputes have been over construction issues. Kevin has tried these cases in State and Federal Courts of Missouri and Kansas, as well as a number of other jurisdictions including The United States Claims Court and various State and Federal Boards of Contract Appeals. He has experience in insurance disputes and has been involved in disputes concerning various policy responsibilities in insurance liquidations and receiverships.
Kevin was a Naval officer and served two years in Vietnam. He is married with three grown children. He is a member of the American, Missouri, and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Associations. Kevin graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City Law School and received the Thomas Deacy Trial Practice Award in 1971. Kevin's civil litigation practice focuses on complex commercial and construction cases and government contracts.
