Kent A. Coxe 

Kent Coxe has been counseling business clients with respect to organizational issues, contracts, tax planning, business and employment issues since 1988. His accounting and finance background, coupled with his business law knowledge, provides a valuable resource to small, medium, and large businesses on strategic business and legal issues. Clients appreciate Kent's responsiveness and analytical skills in addressing and providing creative solutions to clients' matters.
Kent is a member of the American, Missouri, Kansas, Johnson County, and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Tax Law, Business Law, and Health Law sections of the American Bar Association. Kent graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law in 1987 and received a Masters in Law degree in taxation from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1990. Kent's practice emphasizes health law, business, and corporate law and taxation issues, including tax preparation. He represents hospitals, home health agencies, and physicians, as well as numerous corporate and business clients.
