Jeffrey S. Bay 

It is said that legal problems and lawsuits are avoided or won as a result of the preparation that precedes them. Jeff Bay most capably recognizes the legal issues and problems and, if necessary, prepares the case for trial with the best of them. His common sense and sound judgment taken together with the needs and goals of the client results in most problems being avoided or resolved. Jeff Bay has litigated successfully in State and Federal trial and appellate courts in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Illinois.

Jeff is a member of the American, Missouri, Kansas, and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Associations. He graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law where he was on the Dean's List and the Missouri Law Review. Jeff's twenty-six years of experience in business and civil litigation, including personal injury, family, real estate and commercial law provides the foundation from which his preparation results in success for our clients.
